finally had the time to write..

Hi everyone!

I apologize for not being able to answer all your queries regarding skin whitening of products such as Mosbeau, Met, and a bunch more.

Since I left my previous employer, I became busy with what I used to love doing, and found my way back to it — dancing.  Now, I got this new hobby – photography.  Geezzzzz… it’s one expensive hobby i’m telling you.  But nothing beats that feeling of capturing a moment from slipping.  Being able to share this spectacular moment with friends and others who also loves photography.

I started out with fashion glam shoots, a few friends came to me, and requested me to conduct a photoshoot for them (since they saw some of the photos I took), so I agreed.  A few months later, I entered event coverage, and now, I become one of those official photographers who takes pictures of strangers…

Since, I’m also a party-goer and a very outgoing person, I love attending events, then I decided to go into events management.  First event I actually handled was for a kick-off party for a dear friend who so happens to be a performer and a choreographer, Nesh J.  A month later, I was given the opportunity to handle another event but this time it’s for one of the fast-rising crews in the Philippines – Next.Ep.  Boy,  these two events were such a blast!  Believe me.  I, along with 3 other friends decided to push through with events and productions.  And since I got my degree in Marketing and Corporate Communications, decided to offer marketing and promotions as well.

Now, i’m connected with a mobilesite builder company here in Makati, while I do events at night, and do photography and choreography at the same time.

I just love it how I get to maximize what I know and being able to learn more with what I love doing.

Oops.. I think I’ve said enough now.  This was supposed to be a simple apology for all my readers, yet I ended up sharing what keeps busy now-a-days.

Anyways, I promise to answer all your questions.  One-at-a-time though.

Feel free to place in any comments, or thoughts, or simply leave a mark.

Thanks everyone!  For reading and having the time to visit my site.  CIAO!

I came across this blog a few mins ago.. and it kept me wondering.. how many times have these words been used on me? LOL!  Found it funny, ‘coz I used to get all these a lot.. way a lot of times.. haha!

Oh well, so i’m reposting them.  For all those guys or not guys out there who’s kinda insensitive like me, well.. When you get these from a girl, it’s better that ur aware of what it really means, rather than being so naive leading to an endless argument.  Haha! Take it from me!  Enjoy reading!

1. Fine = This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.

2. Five Minutes = If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour. Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given five more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.

3. Nothing = This is the calm before the storm. This means something, and you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with “nothing” usually end in “fine”.

4. Go Ahead = This is a dare, not permission. So, DON’T DO IT!

5. Loud Sigh = This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about nothing. (Refer back to # 3 for the meaning of nothing.)

6. That’s Okay = This is one of the most dangerous statements a women can make to a man. That’s okay means she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.

7. Thanks = A woman is thanking you, do not question, or faint. Just say you’re welcome. (I want to add in a clause here – This is true, unless she says ‘Thanks a lot’ – that is PURE sarcasm and she is not thanking you at all. DO NOT say “you’re welcome”. that will bring on a “whatever”).

8. Whatever = Is a woman’s way of saying F– YOU or EWAN KO SA’YO!!!

9. Don’t worry about it, I got it = Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. This will later result in a man asking “What’s wrong?” For the woman’s response refer to #3.

I was just surfing the net as usual when I came across this FACEBOOK acct/FANPage acct of MS. ANGEL LOCSIN.

While I was reading the posts, it came by surprise seeing a familiar article about MOSBEAU Philippines.  So I kept reading.  When I was half way through, I noticed that the author and I had a similar way of writing.  As I went on, I immediately recalled a similar article which I posted, stating of Angel’s endorsement for Mosbeau.

I dropped by my site to check.. It hit me by surprise when I noticed my WHOLE ARTICLE was copied onto the said FACEBOOK acct.  I searched around the note to confirm whether there were any credits mentioned.  Unfortunately, I didn’t see any.  My name wasn’t even mentioned in the said article.  (oh yeah, coz i didn’t mention my name in my articles anyway.  Since that fella copied my posts –word-per-word!)

Here is the Link to Ms. Angel Locsin’s FACEBOOK: ANGEL LOCSIN

And here are the links to two of my blogs which was obviously copied:  tried and tested by ANGEL , to be expected..

I have nothing against to whoever handles Angel’s site.  I just felt bad because NO credits were placed about my blog.
Don’t get me wrong.  This is where PLAGIARISM comes in.

The word plagiarism comes from a Latin word which means kidnapping.  Kidnapping is basically stealing a person. Well, plagiarism is similar to that.  It is merely stealing a person’s ideas or writing.  Someone’s words and thoughts are personal property too you know.

Within academia, plagiarism by students, professors, or researchers is considered academic dishonesty or academic fraud and offenders are subject to academic censure. In journalism, plagiarism is considered a breach of journalistic ethics, and reporters caught plagiarizing typically face disciplinary measures ranging from suspension to termination. Some individuals caught plagiarizing in academic or journalistic contexts claim that they plagiarized unintentionally, by failing to include quotations or give the appropriate citation. While plagiarism in scholarship and journalism has a centuries-old history, the development of the Internet, where articles appear as electronic text, has made the physical act of copying the work of others much easier, simply by copying and pasting text from one web page to another.

Plagiarism is different from copyright infringement. While both terms may apply to a particular act, they emphasize different aspects of the transgression. Copyright infringement is a violation of the rights of the copyright holder, when material is used without the copyright holder’s consent. On the other hand, plagiarism is concerned with the unearned increment to the plagiarizing author’s reputation that is achieved through false claims of authorship.Online plagiarism
Since it is very easy to steal content from the web by simply copying and pasting, the problem of online plagiarism is growing. This phenomenon, also known as content scraping, is affecting both established sites [3] and blogs [4]. The motivation is often to attract away part or all of the original site’s search engine-generated web traffic and to convert these stolen visitors into revenue through the use of online ads.

Plagiarism is quickly becoming part of our educational culture. More and more students are turning to the internet for quick “shortcuts” around the time-consuming work of writing research papers.

Free online tools are becoming available to detect and prevent plagiarism [5], and there are a range of approaches that attempt to limit online copying, such as disabling right clicking and placing warning banners against plagiarism on web pages. Once identified, instances of plagiarism are commonly addressed by the rightful content owners sending a DMCA removal notice to the offending site-owner, or to the ISP that is hosting the offending site.

Other contexts
Generally, although plagiarism is often loosely referred to as theft or stealing, it has not been set as a criminal matter in the courts.[6] Likewise, plagiarism has no standing as a criminal offense in the common law. Instead, claims of plagiarism are a civil law matter, which an aggrieved person can resolve by launching a lawsuit. Acts that may constitute plagiarism are in some instances treated as copyright infringement, unfair competition, or a violation of the doctrine of moral rights. The increased availability of intellectual property due to a rise in technology has furthered the debate as to whether copyright offences are criminal.…line_plagiarism

With this, it is OBVIOUS that I HAVE ALL THE RIGHT to file for a lawsuit to demand for royalties since my work has been used without my consent or permission.

I personally is initially attracted to people with fair or let’s say with light skin tone.  Next factor is the scent.  I just can’t get over one person when I get to smell that irresistible scent.  Then the physique comes in.  I just gotta admit…  With a built so fine, i’d definitely go drooling over that someone.

Then after all those first impressions, that’s when the behavioral factor comes in.  A person with a good sense of humor is someone whom i’d love to go out with.  Someone whom I won’t go getting bored with.  Someone who can easily bring up any conversations which we’d both agree to.  There may be debates, but I don’t mind.  I love challenging people and seeing how smart they are.  Besides, I am an optimistic person.  I don’t just easily jump into conclusions, nor gets easily pissed.  I love listening to other peoples ideas.  And I do nott mind if we end up with an argument just over our differences. ^.^

Searching is completely out of the topic though, its just a matter of enjoying one person’s company.  I’m not the type who goes out just to search for a partner, instead I go out to have a great time.  Just like what I’m feeling right now.  Woke up feeling so light, enjoying my day, and this smile…… this smile just won’t get off of my face… 🙂

I just can’t seem to explain why am I feeling this way.  Is it because I started my day right? or it is because I finally found what/who motivates me?  I totally don’t know.  Completely blanked.  This article was supposed to be about skin whitening and that I’m one of those few who is easily attracted to people with light colored skin tone.  And yet, here I am.  Ended up questioning why the heck am I so happy.

a LITERARY thought..

I’m left here on my desk with nothing to do…

Now all these whitening products had left me wondering too..

Why did the Japanese think of this, knowing how white and fair their complexion is..

They came up with all these list, now it became much kind of a gist..

It’s like a disease hitting all throughout the world,

Stereotyping that’s now all curled,

Women trying to get all white,

To blend in, just to be in sight..

Now i gotta end this, now i gotta go..

Issues with complexion, i’ve finally out grown..

Looking forward to whatever it may lead to,

Evolving products, i’ll see it through..

last 2 mins

last 2 mins before i hit road..
last 2 mins before i switch this off..
and last 2 mins.. now im excited to go home! 😀

See you all tomorrow! 🙂
Stay safe everyone..

its a friday night and all i can see are cars barely moving along the streets of ayala ave. here in makati.. my oh my….. i wonder what time will I get to Cubao.. there’s definitely gonna be tons of people at the train station.. 😦 Not to mention of the long weekend.. Happy Halloween everyone..

First impression NEVER lasts..

Its my 2nd day of work here at my new office as an Internet Sales and Marketing Specialist located at the corner of Ayala and Rufino Avenue. During my pre-screening with the company, I thought I made a mistake of applying for the position which I have now. This was basically because I noticed that most of the employees had their make-ups on.  Knowing that I don’t put any make up on my face, it pretty scared me.  As I waited for my turn for the interview, I was pretty amazed to have noticed that the company I bumped into so happened to be a cosmetic company.  And never did I dream of working in any related industry such as this.

A few weeks after I’ve been screened, I was astounded with the good news delivered by the Human Resource Manager.Proud to say, I was accepted and qualified for the position of Internet Sales & Mktg. Specialist.  Not to mention, part of the requirement was that the applicant should be of 25 years old.  Despite being the youngest amongst the applicants, my age being a 23-year old, did not become an issue for the company.  Instead, they believed in me and became confident that I am able to provide what is expected of me especially with my Job Description.

Now, as I go on, and being on my 2nd day at work, I began to realize that this is pretty much the work which I dream of having.  Aside from the fact that it is a Cosmetic Company, but with the job description, title of work…………man, it is everything a marketing student would dream of achieving.

Momentarily, I realized that I am one of the luckiest person of my age to have been in this position.  Apprehending with this type of job description, and to be connected with a firm who knows how to value each employee that they have, I know I’ll definitely be happy with my stay in the company.
